On this page we have created a special calculator to help you decide if a property is right for you financially.
As you may be aware from our ‘Tenant Info and Fee Structure’ page a tenant needs to be earning 2.5 times the annual rent.

In the calculator below you can enter your annual basic salary (before tax, commission and bonuses) then press the button and you will be able to see what rent you can afford.
If there will be more than one tenant (max. four) then please enter the total combined salary.
