fee structure

When you choose to move into a property with The Letting Shop we will ask for the following money to be paid IN ADVANCE:

One Month of Rent
Deposit * (Equivalent to six weeks of rent, unless informed differently)
Company Administration Fees
Tenancy Check Out Fee

(* These Deposits are fully refundable where you have kept to the tenancy regulations.)

Our company administration fees for the set up of a tenancy are as detailed below –

£149 for each applicant/tenant (Incl. VAT)

£50.00 (Incl VAT) Tenancy Check Out Fee

 £100 for each permitted occupant (where applicable)

The charge for a Guarantor’s reference is £25 (Incl Vat) for each application made for a Guarantor
 

THE ABOVE CHARGES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT where due.
